Here's an idea thrown out to the winds-- there is this lady on youtube --> https://www.youtube.com/@thehousedetective & https://www.housedetective.com.au she does history of Brisbane walks, with specialty of houses and buildings. Both of your clubs have both historical buildings, great histories to be told and a strong history of women presidents. It'd be a story that should be spoken.

The centralised organisation is flat out, so throwing the Wally Lewis cut out pass to the winger. What do you reckon Jackie?

Wynnum Croquet Club is celebrating 100 years this year, and Merthyr's was last year -- perhaps they should be involved?
Does the Qld State Library have much about the history of croquet in Queensland?

QLD state library and local libraries keep our archived documentation but the clubs themselves are probably the best source.
Both Merthyr and Windsor created a book for their centenaries.

Yes, the idea was about getting the history out of books and archives and into the hands of story-tellers.
