Use this thread to post any questions or topics you’d like covered. We’ll make sure to address them during the session, and we’ll also share responses here afterward so you won’t miss out.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- How do we best promote our high tea to attract new participants?
- What resources are available to help us organise our event?
- What is expected of clubs on the day of the event?

When are we likely to have access to the graphic/poster that is being produced ... and how do we get copies for our club?

Our artist is scribbling away right now, and we are as keen as you are to get the poster. Trust us- we will post it here immediately and let you know!
Once we have the poster we can then have it available for printing. We will be supplying funds for printing (easiest and quickest for most clubs is likely to be officeworks) for them to decide how they would like the poster.
The funds will be finalised once we have final club numbers, but the plan is to pay for a framed print of the poster, or equivalent other printing, if you club prefers.
