This is a clear and direct call to action: Please now select your club's preferred Participation Category for the Croquet & High Tea initiative.

The online form is now open and available here: choice.croquetandhightea.com

As outlined in our previous emails, there are three Participation Categories to choose from:

Full Participation: Go "All-In" on International Women’s Day (Saturday, 8 March) with centralised marketing and "Come & Try" follow-up.

Self Participation: Host High Tea Your Way, Your Day – manage your own event and follow-up independently.
Observation & Learning: Support from the Sidelines – observe the initiative and contribute your insights.

Your decision is requested by Midnight Tuesday, 11 February. This will allow us to finalise planning and provide appropriate support based on club participation levels.

Please note regarding catering costs & club plans: The Croquet & High Tea initiative is generously supported by the Queensland Government's Active Women and Girls Grant, and Croquet Queensland is pleased to confirm that catering costs will be reimbursed for clubs, ensuring your efforts to host these events are financially supported. To ensure responsible and effective use of these grant funds and to align with the grant's framework, a simple demonstration of alignment with the Active Women and Girls Grant aims will be required for catering cost reimbursement. This straightforward process will ensure that both centrally operated and Self Participation events can access catering cost support, provided they meet the grant's objectives. Please refer to the project plan on Club Hub for a clear outline of the reimbursement process and grant alignment guidelines.
