Good morning. I was just wondering when the website – www.croquetandhightea.com – will be ready to take bookings. At the moment, when I log on, I can only see the ad but can’t find anywhere to book. I’m a bit hesitant to start advertising until that feature is up and running. Could you let me know? Thanks!

Hi Jocelyn. A lot of Clubs preferred to run the event on a different date, so the centralised marketing plan and booking funnel would no longer work effectively for this event. Hopefully, all the work that went into setting this up can be redirected to another promotion later in the year. For your own Croquet & High Tea event, set up your marketing to take bookings yourself. I have made an Event on our Club's Facebook page where people can RSVP. I can share the link on my own page and even send it in text messages or emails to people who aren't on facebook. I am planning to convert my link to a QR code, which I will add to some printed flyers to post around town.

Kylie is correct, and what a great method to use, a Facebook Event.

On a related, but slightly different topic- The custom poster request mechanism is live over here too: https://clubhub.automatebrisbane.ai/topic/29/order-custom-posters-here

So you can visit there and put in the details you want on your poster! You can put your own club web address on, an email, or even a phone number (or none! just turn up!). What goes on the poster is entirely up to you.

Thank you. Just wanted to be sure we're doing things correctly. Happy to set up a Facebook event for us to manage. Cheers, J
