When can my club expect the Advertising Poster to be sent out. It's only 4 weeks until the event? We need the poster to advertise the event or does CAQ expect us to design our own poster.

What time will the event be advertised for and will that be on the brochure?
Will we get a copy of the brochure to print up and put in our club?
How will we know how many people are interested or will we just cater and hope that people turn up?
Do we have to do any advertising in our local community?
