Directory-unlocked club websites — a free site for finishing your profile
Complete your club's myCroquet profile and unlock a free website on your own domain, built from the same data.
Clubs can unlock a free website by completing their myCroquet profile page, with access being granted club by club as the rollout continues. This streamlined system uses a single round of data entry to create a club profile, public directory listing and website.
What the problem was
Many clubs currently lack a website. Others have one that is years out of date.
Building these sites by hand one by one does not scale. Asking clubs to fill in forms as a favour rarely works when there is no immediate benefit.
What was built
A club profile page in myCroquet now has a visible progress bar.
As you fill in these details, you unlock milestones. Completing the profile unlocks a free website on its own domain. This site is generated straight from that same data.
What it means for you
This system removes the need for three separate jobs. One round of data entry now produces your club profile, your public directory listing, and your website.
It is a streamlined way to get your club online without manual site building.
Where it stands
The module was built and switched on as at July 2026. Access is currently being granted club by club.
Wade is deciding which clubs receive the offer first and when to announce it more widely.
Update, September 2026: the Club Details card was switched on for every committee member at all 41 clubs on 31 August 2026.
