Come & Try club guide rebuilt against the real, live product
Screenshots and steps recaptured against the live system, with two real product gaps flagged and fixed.
The Come & Try guide now matches the live product. Two real gaps were identified and fixed during this process.
What the problem was
The guide had drifted out of date.
It described an older login flow.
Screenshots and language from an earlier version meant features did not match the live system.
What was built
Every screenshot was recaptured against the real, live system.
Wording was rewritten to match the current self-service login.
This process flagged two genuine gaps: a missing membership fee field and host contact settings restricted to admins.
A follow-up build was created to give clubs self-service control over both items.
What it means for you
The guide your club receives now matches what you will actually see when you log in.
It no longer refers to an older version of the system.
Where it stands
The updated guide is live as at July 2026.
The membership fee and host contact gaps were already fixed in a follow-on build the same session.
