A sign-up form for Come & Try volunteer hosts

Putting your hand up to host a Come & Try session is now a form, not an email back and forth.

You can now sign up to host a Come & Try session via a dedicated online form.

What the problem was

There was no simple way for someone interested in hosting a Come & Try session to put their hand up.

You would have needed a manual email exchange with CAQ to get started.

This meant starting a conversation from scratch before any actual planning could begin.

A proper sign-up form is now published and wired directly into the system.

A submission automatically creates a record in CAQ's system.

The process also adds you to the right mailing list with no manual step in between.

Filling in the form is now the whole process.

You no longer need to initiate an email conversation to express your interest.

It removes the friction of manual coordination to get your club involved.

The system has been live since June 2026.

Submissions are confirmed to be flowing through correctly.

The automated records and mailing list additions are working as intended.
