An Events System built to replace RevSport's booking area
Club-run event bookings inside myCroquet, with a free interested tier and CAQ approval kept in place.
A new Events System is built and tested, waiting on a final review before it goes live to clubs.
What the problem was
Event bookings ran through the RevSport booking area.
Clubs could not run these themselves without going through CAQ.
There was no way to handle a free interested option before a person committed to paying.
What was built
A new Events System has been created inside myCroquet.
Clubs can now manage their own entries while CAQ keeps approval on new events.
The system supports paid entry, a free interested tier, add-on extras, and guest entries for non-members.
Payment processing remains flexible rather than locked to one provider.
The build underwent four rounds of adversarial review for security and logic gaps.
Browser testing identified and fixed two real problems.
These included a bug where anonymous visitors could see member information and a lost booking confirmation for guests.
What it means for you
Your club can run its own event bookings directly in myCroquet once the system is switched on.
You can use a free interested option before you have to commit to paying.
Where it stands
The system was built and tested as at July 2026.
It is currently running on the test system only.
Live release is waiting on Wade's review and a decision on the payment provider.
