Gold Coast Tweed Come & Try rollout reaches seven clubs
The Wide Bay coordinator rollout extended to Gold Coast Tweed, using each club's real contacts.
Designated coordinators for seven Gold Coast Tweed clubs can now manage their own Come & Try session times. Changes are subject to a CAQ review queue before appearing live.
What the problem was
Previously, CAQ had to maintain every club page by hand from a distance. This made it difficult to keep session times current.
The system needed a real person at each club who could log in and manage their own details.
What was built
Following a pilot in Wide Bay, the rollout moved to seven clubs in Gold Coast Tweed. Each club can now have up to three coordinators.
These coordinators use their genuine on-record member emails for access. Every club was checked live to ensure they had Come & Try switched on and were linked to the enquiry system.
The process also includes a short CAQ review queue for edits. This means changes do not appear instantly.
What it means for you
You no longer need to ask CAQ to update your Come & Try times. Your designated coordinators can now handle these updates themselves.
If a login code does not arrive, you should check your spam folder. You can provide feedback by replying directly to the rollout email.
Where it stands
As of August 2026, the rollout is live for the seven Gold Coast Tweed clubs.
Each of these clubs has three logins available. This follows the same pattern already established for the earlier Wide Bay clubs.
