MyCroquet's launch modules get their post-review polish
Faster member lists, one-click approvals, and a new state-wide Come & Try chart — four requested fixes, built and tested by 25 July 2026.
Four requested improvements to myCroquet's Members, Approvals and Come & Try screens went from a design review straight into the product: faster member lists, one-click approvals, and a new state-wide Come & Try chart. All four were live on the test system by 25 July 2026, waiting on the final go-ahead to reach every club.
What the problem was
myCroquet already had a Members list, an Approvals queue and a Come & Try dashboard, but a design review in July 2026 turned up real friction. The Members list showed only about five people per screen, which made a big club's roster slow to scan. Approving or declining a change meant opening a separate page for every single request. And Come & Try's state-wide numbers were a single snapshot with no sense of whether things were speeding up or slowing down.
What was built
Four changes, built and tested one at a time so each could be checked before the next began.
- The Members list now shows roughly three times as many people per screen, with quick filter buttons for active, inactive and "has a handicap", so there's no more scrolling through a long list to find one person.
- The Approvals queue can now be actioned without leaving the page: approve or decline sits right on each request, and a change to someone's details shows exactly what's changing (old mobile number next to the new one, for example) rather than a plain notification.
- Come & Try's "Your times" screen gained region filters, so a club can see only its own corner of Queensland instead of every listed time in the state.
- A new momentum chart on the Around Queensland screen shows sign-ups and bookings week by week, so it's possible to see at a glance whether Come & Try is picking up or easing off, not just where it stands today.
Before any of it was written, the build plan was checked over by a second AI reviewer. That check caught two real problems on paper rather than after the fact: a filter that would have hidden members with a scratch handicap, and a chart that would have bunched all the test data into a single spike instead of spreading it across real dates.
What it means for you
Once this reaches every club, anyone managing a roster of more than a handful of members will find the Members list noticeably faster to work through, and committee members approving changes will do it in a click rather than a page load. Clubs running Come & Try get a clearer read on whether their region's interest is growing.
Where it stands
All four changes were built, deployed to the test system, and checked against real data by 25 July 2026. They are sitting behind the same on/off switch as the rest of the myCroquet launch, waiting on the final go-ahead before every club sees them.
