A new step-by-step instruction guide helps club secretaries use MyCroquet tools, built from real screenshots of the live site.
What the problem was
New secretaries had no clear instructions for the software. They had to work it out themselves.
What was built
We created a written guide. It includes 20 cropped screenshots of the live site.
What it means for you
Any incoming secretary will be able to use this document once it is published. They no longer need to learn by trial and error. It is not yet a public page; for now, contact the team to reuse it.
Where it stands
The work was finished in April 2026. The first club secretary to use myCroquet was onboarded with it.
While building the guide, we also cleaned up old production data as a separate piece of work: 91 test submissions and 4 test accounts were removed, and an unused field was deleted from the old Airtable system.
