A step-by-step instruction manual for a club's first secretary

A new step-by-step instruction guide helps club secretaries use MyCroquet tools, built from real screenshots of the live site.
What the problem was
New secretaries had no clear instructions for the software. They had to work it out themselves.
What was built
We created a written guide. It includes 20 cropped screenshots of the live site.
We also cleaned up old production data. This removed 91 test submissions and 4 test accounts. We deleted an unused field from the old Airtable system.
What it means for you
Any incoming secretary can now use this document. They no longer need to learn by trial and error.
Where it stands
The work was finished in April 2026. Penny Verrall from Eildon Croquet Club used it first. She is the first person onboarded with the new instructions.
