How to add your news and photos on HOOPLA

HOOPLA, the CAQ news site, has a button that lets any club send in its own story and photos. You do not need to sign in. The video shows the whole thing in under a minute. The steps and pictures below show the same thing, if you would rather read.

The steps

1. Go to news.croquetqld.org. Near the top of the page, press the maroon Add Photos & News button.

1. The "Add your news" form opens. Type a headline.
2. Press Add photos and video, or drag your photos onto the box. The first photo becomes the story's cover picture.
3. Write your story in the big box. A few sentences is plenty.

1. Fill in your name, your club and your email. Start typing your club's name and pick it from the list.
2. Press Send it in.

1. A bar asks "Send this story in for a check?". Press Yes, send it.

1. A thank-you message shows. Your story gets a quick check before it goes live, the same as everything else on the site. We don't change your words.
