• Building and contents: Lessees "are also responsible for other costs including" "Public liability insurance" and "Building and contents insurance" (agreements page). The policy refers to "insurance procured by the lessee in accordance with the terms of the lease".
• Council named on the club's policy (an "interested party"): Not stated in the documents read.
• Certificate of currency: Not stated in the documents read.

Where a point above is marked not stated, the council documents listed below were checked on 29 October 2026 and say nothing on it. The club's own lease may.

The policy says leases will be "substantially in the form of the Council's Standard Terms Lease" documents. That lease was not found on the council's website (searched 29 October 2026), so its insurance terms could not be checked.
