Let CroquetClaude fill in your grant draft

Most council grants, and many Queensland Government grants, use a website called SmartyGrants. Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, Redland, Toowoomba, Noosa, Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Townsville, Cairns, Mackay and Livingstone all use it.

With SmartyGrants, CroquetClaude can login and enter your grant's draft for you. You proof read it and submit.

How it works.

1. You start the grant application on the Qld govt or your council's SmartyGrants website.
2. You add us as a helper (the steps are below).
3. We fill it in. We log in with our own account and put your answers into the boxes. You don't need to muck around copy and pasting.
4. We save it as a draft. We tell you when it is ready.
5. You check it and press Submit. We cannot submit it for you.

What we can and cannot do

As a Contributor we can only edit the application you share with us.

We cannot start a new application, and we cannot submit one. We cannot see your club's profile or your other applications. You stay in control the whole time.

It is the same access you would give a private company charging to help submit your grants.

How to add us (5 steps)

Step 1

Log in to SmartyFile, go to My Organisations, then your club.

Step 2

Go to Users.

Step 3

Click Add User and add hello@croquetqld.org.

Step 4

Choose the Contributor role (some sites call it Collaborator). Give us access to only this application: Limited.

Step 5

Press Add.
