myCroquet: one login for the CAQ websites

Croquet Queensland runs four websites, and all four now share one sign-in. Websites outside the four are told nothing, even when you are signed in.

Croquet Queensland runs four websites, and all four now share one sign-in. They are myCroquet, the Croquet Queensland website, the news site and ClubHub. The shared sign-in was working on all four by 1 October 2026.

Signing in from another site

On croquetqld.org, the news site and ClubHub, a small badge reads "Log in". Press it, or press a button that needs a member, and a sign-in box opens on the same page. You stay where you are.

Type your email address and press "Send code". Use the address myCroquet holds for you. If it is not on file, the box will say so.
Check your email for a 4-digit code. Type it in and press "Sign in".
If you share your email address with another member, such as your partner, a last step asks "Who's signing in?" Pick your own name.

There is no password. Once you are signed in, the badge reads "Logged in as" and your name. Pressing "Log out" on any one site signs you out of all four.

If the sign-in box does not open, go to myCroquet and sign in there instead.

How long it lasts

A sign-in lasts 30 days. Visiting croquetqld.org, the news site or ClubHub can start the 30 days again, at most once a day, as long as more than seven days are left. If you come back within about three weeks, you stay signed in. If you stay away longer, you will be asked to sign in again with a new code when the 30 days run out.

What it is used for

Volunteer jobs. The Lend a hand page lists jobs. Open a job, then press "Put my hand up". Your offer is recorded on that page, and you can add a note and press "Send note".
Events calendar. On the events calendar, you also see your own club's approved members-only events under "My club", and your calendar settings are remembered.

The news site and ClubHub show who is signed in. Competition entry does not use the shared sign-in.

Your details and your club

Another CAQ site is told your name, club, role, what you are allowed to do in myCroquet, and internal record numbers. It is never told your email address, phone number or postal address. Websites outside the four are told nothing, even when you are signed in.

Clubs need do nothing. There is no club setting and no work for secretaries.
