myCroquet — the Club Profile module

One page for your club's public details — contact, playing times, Come & Try, your story, committee and photos — plus a free website for finishing it.

Club Profile is the myCroquet module that keeps your club's public details current — contact information, playing times, Come & Try, your club's story, committee and photos, all on one page.

What it's for

Everything in Club Profile is shown publicly — on the CAQ club directory today, and on your own free club website once you unlock it. Whoever holds the Club Profile capability for your club (usually the secretary) can update it whenever something changes: a new phone number, a shifted playing time, a new president.

How it works

The page is one card per topic: Contact & location, When you play, Come & Try, Your story, Committee and Photos. Every fact has its own Edit (or Add) button — click it, change what's needed, and Save. There's no CAQ approval step here, unlike Membership — changes go live immediately.

The free website prize

A progress bar at the top of the page tracks how complete your profile is. Fill in every section and, at 100%, CAQ builds your club a professional website on its own domain — free, generated straight from your Club Profile so it never goes stale. You then pick from a small gallery of designs.

A few of the template previews below aren't showing a picture yet — that's a known, temporary rough edge we're fixing, and it doesn't affect which design you can choose.

Getting access

Access is switched on per club and per person, the same as every other myCroquet module — get in touch if you're not sure who currently holds Club Profile access for your club, or if it should move to someone new.
